A respected London based boutique female model agency is looking to hire an Agency Assistant who will be responsible for Art Department & Social Media.
The role overview is below;
Managing / sorting / updating images
Taking and managing digitals
Updating the website and managing the CMS (content management system)
Updating model portfolios with new images
Updating foreign agents with new images
Creating new model-card/polaroid-sheet/mail-out templates for fashion week
Controlling and directing Insta / Facebook / Twitter / the blog.
Editing the images to use ( I help a lot with this but I need someone with an opinion!)
Answering the phone
Checking in the models
Booking flights / printing boarding pass etc
Dealing with the models – helping with their schedule
Ability to prioritise, work fast and multi-task
Editorial/creative eye and ability to edit the strongest images to blog etc
An understanding of how an agency works
Confident to answer the phone and deal with messages etc
Photoshop – Will need to do basic retouching / make up model card templates / re-size images
Indesign – Basic level
